B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc. \u0130lk makalede besin takviyelerinin ve otlar\u0131n etkinli\u011fi, g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fi incelenmi\u015f arkas\u0131ndan karaci\u011fer, b\u00f6brek ve kardiyak toksisite yapan ve kanser ili\u015fkili olan 3 vaka bildirimi incelenmi\u015f ve son olarak bu otlar ve besin takviyeleri bu yaz\u0131da tablo haline getirilmi\u015f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 ve alternatif t\u0131bba olan ilgi her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn art\u0131yor ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 t\u0131p da kendini akupunktur, besin takviyesi, ot, masaj, yoga, meditasyon, dua, enerji t\u0131bb\u0131, hipnoz vb ara\u00e7 ve yollarla tamaml\u0131yor. Bu alanlar\u0131n kombinasyonlar\u0131na Hindistan\u2019da Ayurvedic t\u0131bb\u0131, Japonya\u2019da Kanpo veya Kampo, \u00c7in\u2019de Geleneksel \u00c7in T\u0131bb\u0131 ismi veriliyor. Antiproliferatif \u00f6zellik ara\u015ft\u0131ran y\u00fczlerce invitro \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma halen devam etmekte. Bir \u00e7ok botanik \u00fcr\u00fcn g\u00fcvenli olarak de\u011ferlendirilse de bir \u00e7ok \u201cdo\u011fal\u201d \u00fcr\u00fcn ise maalesef g\u00fcvenilir de\u011fil.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><em>Y\u00f6ntem<\/em><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7in PubMed\u2019de, Ulusal Toksikoloji Program\u0131 (National Toxicology Program) , D\u00fcnya Kanser Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Fonu (World Cancer Research Fund) ve Amerikan Kanser Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc (American Institute of Cancer Research) veri tabanlar\u0131nda \u201cbitki ekstreleri\u201d, \u201ckanser\u201d, \u201ctoksisite\u201d, \u201cot\u201d, \u201cbesin takviyesi\u201d daha sonra bunlar \u201ckarsinojenik\u201d anahtar kelimesiyle birle\u015ftirip se\u00e7ilen vaka bildirimleri daralt\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. E\u011fer birden fazla bitkisel \u00fcr\u00fcn kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131 varsa bunlar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya al\u0131nmam\u0131\u015f. Mantarlar, zehirli oldu\u011fu bilinen bitkiler, suisid giri\u015fimleri, doz a\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 (vitamin\/mineral harici), legal veya illegal madde kullan\u0131mlar\u0131 tabloya al\u0131nmam\u0131\u015f.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><em>Sonu\u00e7lar<\/em><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">1 May\u0131s 2017 itibariyle PubMed\u2019de; bitki ekstresi (152.425) , bitki ekstresi ve kanser (16.606), bitki esktresi ve kanser ve toksisiste (2.312), \u00f6zet kar\u015f\u0131lar\u0131na \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f. Bu y\u00f6ntemlerle bulunan otlar; aloevera, aristolochic asid, e\u011freltiotu, mavi devedikeni, \u00f6ks\u00fcr\u00fckotu, e\u015fekkula\u011f\u0131, kanarya otu, Hint dutu, K\u00f6kboya bitkisi, Yerba Mate (Paraguay \u00c7ay\u0131), Tesbih \u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi, soya, sassafras a\u011fac\u0131. Son 50 y\u0131lda sadece 1 ot (guang fang ji- aristolochia k\u00f6k\u00fc) \u00fcroepitelyal sarkom i\u00e7in, 2 besin (e\u011frelti otu ve s\u0131cak mate \u00e7ay\u0131 karsinojenik etkisiyle vaka bildirimleri bulunmu\u015f.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Guang Fang Ji (Aristolochic asid ve i\u00e7eren bitkiler)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00dcriner sistem karsinomlar\u0131yla ili\u015fkili bulunmu\u015f. Ayn\u0131 zamanda Balkan Endemik Nefropatisine ( Bosna Hersek, Bulgaristan, H\u0131rvatistan ve S\u0131rbistan\u2019daki \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerde s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen bir nefropati t\u00fcr\u00fc) sebep oldu\u011fu; bu b\u00f6lgedeki \u00fcroepitelyal kanserlerin s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclmesinin tarlalarda aristolochic asid i\u00e7eren bitkilerle olan temas oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyormu\u015f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Balkanlardan ziyade Asya\u2019da ve bir d\u00f6nem Avrupa\u2019da bu bitkilerin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir \u00e7ok b\u00f6lge mevcut. 90larda Bel\u00e7ika\u2019da bir diyet klini\u011finin zay\u0131flatmak i\u00e7in kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 otlardan biri buymu\u015f ve bu hastalar\u0131n %3-5\u2019inde b\u00f6brek hasar\u0131 geli\u015fmi\u015f. 100\u2019den fazla vaka bu grupta bildirilmi\u015f. Rat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 karaci\u011fer kanseri riskini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtmi\u015f.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Kanarya otu<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Kuzeybat\u0131 Amerika ve Meksika\u2019da kolik a\u011fr\u0131 ve epilepsi i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131yor, hepatotoksik oldu\u011fu biliniyor.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Kava Bitkisi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Fare \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 karaci\u011fer kanseri riskini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirlemi\u015f<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>K\u00f6k boya (Rubia tinctorum L)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 k\u00f6k boya bitkisi renk verici olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131yor, ratlarda hem b\u00f6brek hem de karaci\u011fer kanseriyle ili\u015fkilendirilmi\u015f.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Sassafras<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Kuzey Amerika ve Asya\u2019da bulunan a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131ndan elde edilen Safrole; bira ve \u00e7ayda aroma verici olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. 60\u2019larda laboratuvar hayvanlar\u0131nda karaci\u011fer kanseri ile ili\u015fkilendirilmi\u015f, ayn\u0131 zamanda plasentay\u0131 ge\u00e7ti\u011fi ve s\u00fctle de yenido\u011fana ge\u00e7ebildi\u011fi hayvanlar \u00fczerinde tespit edilmi\u015f. PubMed literat\u00fcr\u00fcnde \u00e7ay\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcketilmesinden sonra insanlarda a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 terleme vakas\u0131 bildirilmi\u015f. FDA\u2019in, ABD\u2019de kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 yasaklad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir \u00fcr\u00fcn daha.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><em>\u0130nsanlarda Kanserle \u0130li\u015fkili Besinler<\/em><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar ABD\u2019deki kansere ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin 3\u2019te 1\u2019inin diyet d\u00fczenlemesi yaparak \u00f6nlenebilece\u011fini \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyorlar. Bunlar\u0131n aras\u0131nda g\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131, t\u00fct\u00fcn, ila\u00e7, hormonlar, alkol, parazitler, mantarlar, bakteriler, vir\u00fcsler, tala\u015f, tuzlanm\u0131\u015f bal\u0131k, baz\u0131 otlar vb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Amerikan Kanser Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc (AIRC) ve D\u00fcnya Kanser Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Fonu (WCRF) ise obezite, sedanter ya\u015fam \u015fekli, k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 ve i\u015flenmi\u015f etin fazla t\u00fcketimi, azalm\u0131\u015f meyve sebze t\u00fcketimi, yetersiz anne s\u00fct\u00fc al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kanser ili\u015fkili olarak tan\u0131mlam\u0131\u015f.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>E\u011freltiotu<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">D\u00fcnyada bir \u00e7ok \u00fclkede yeti\u015fiyor ve bir \u00e7ok ki\u015fi kullan\u0131yor.Mesane ve intestinal kanserlerle ili\u015fkili kendisine FDA veri taban\u0131nda zehirli bitki olarak yer edinmi\u015f.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>S\u0131cak Mat\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00c7aya benzeyen G\u00fcney Amerikada yayg\u0131n olarak t\u00fcketilen kafein bazl\u0131 i\u00e7ecek.Brezilya ve Uruguay b\u00f6lgesinde oral-\u00f6zefagial kanserlerle ili\u015fkilendirilmi\u015f.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Soya <\/strong><strong>Besinleri ve Genistein<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Yap\u0131lan 2 farkl\u0131 metaanalizde soya al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n meme kanseri rek\u00fcrrensiyle ili\u015fkili olmay\u0131p, baz\u0131 vakalarda riski azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlenmi\u015f ve tamoksifen ve anastrozole tedavisinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar s\u00fcrmekteymi\u015f (Chi et al., 2013; Magee &amp; Rowland,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">2012). Genistein ise bir antioksidan olarak bilinmekte ancak yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan hala anlaml\u0131 veri elde edilememi\u015f.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u0130la\u00e7 Etkile\u015fimleri<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Doktorlar ve hastalar besin takviyelerinin tedavilerle \u00e7ak\u0131\u015fabilece\u011finin fark\u0131nda olmal\u0131lar.
