Bu incelemenin amac\u0131, GT\u2019ler ile ilgili kardiyak toksisite vaka raporlar\u0131n\u0131n \u2018\u2019online\u2019\u2019 olarak \u00f6zet tablolar\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><em>Tan\u0131m<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u0130nceleme, PubMed\u2019de belirlenen vaka raporlar\u0131n\u0131n kardiyak toksisite riskini art\u0131ran hayat\u0131 tehdit edici GT\u2019lere odaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bitkisel \u00fcr\u00fcn birle\u015fimleri, \u00c7in bitkisel \u00fcr\u00fcn kar\u0131\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131, bitkisel \u00fcr\u00fcn i\u00e7erikli kar\u0131\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n \u00e7aylar\u0131, mantarlar, zehirli bitkiler, kendisine zararl\u0131 olan, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 doz (vitamin ve mineraller hari\u00e7) yasal ya da yasad\u0131\u015f\u0131 ila\u00e7lar, ila\u00e7-bitkisel \u00fcr\u00fcn etkile\u015fimleri ve ila\u00e7lar\u0131n ya da hastal\u0131klar\u0131n kafa kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olu\u015fturmas\u0131 gibi k\u0131s\u0131mlar incelemeye dahil edilmemi\u015ftir. Shaw 2010\u2019da, \u00c7in t\u0131bb\u0131n\u0131n k\u00f6t\u00fcye ya da yanl\u0131\u015f kullan\u0131m\u0131 sonucunda bir\u00e7ok k\u00f6t\u00fc yan etki raporlar\u0131 oldu\u011funu bildirmi\u015ftir ve <em>kurtbo\u011fan\u0131n<\/em> dar terap\u00f6tik aral\u0131\u011fa sahip oldu\u011funu belirtmi\u015ftir. Shaw ayr\u0131ca, \u00c7in t\u0131bb\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6rece g\u00fcvenli oldu\u011funu, t\u00fcm ila\u00e7 raporlar\u0131 ile k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda birka\u00e7 k\u00f6t\u00fc yan etki raporunun g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden bahsetmi\u015ftir.\u00a0 <em>Kurtbo\u011fan ve efedran\u0131n <\/em>bat\u0131 \u00fclkelerinde doza, kullan\u0131ma, i\u015flenmesine ve doktorun eksik bilgisine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak sorunlar olu\u015fturdu\u011funu g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bununla beraber belirli Asya GT\u2019leri kardiyak toksisite riskini art\u0131rabilmekte ve ileri ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya ihtiya\u00e7 duyulabilmektedir.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Akonit (Kurtbo\u011fan)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>\u2018\u2019Aconitum\u2019\u2019<\/em> ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda FDA, Zehirli Bitkiler Veri Taban\u0131ndan 326 al\u0131nt\u0131 listelemi\u015ftir. <em>Kurtbo\u011fan<\/em> i\u00e7eren bitkisel \u00fcr\u00fcnler, \u2018\u2019GT Toksik Tablosu\u2019\u2019nda <u>en \u00e7ok say\u0131da vaka raporu<\/u> yay\u0131mlar\u0131na sahiptir. <u>Raporlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu \u00c7in, Tayvan, Hong Kong ve di\u011fer Asya \u00fclkeleri kaynakl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Pi\u015fmemi\u015f <em>Aconitum<\/em> t\u00fcr\u00fc k\u00f6kleri <em>aconitine<\/em> ve kardiyotoksik olarak bilinen di\u011fer <em>aconitum alkaloidlerini<\/em> i\u00e7erir. <em>Aconitum<\/em> t\u00fcr\u00fc k\u00f6klerinden kaynat\u0131lan bitkisel \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin t\u00fcketimi ya da yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131kla yabani bitkilerin t\u00fcketimi sonras\u0131nda ciddi <em>aconite<\/em> zehirlenmesi olu\u015fabilir. <u>Bu bitkilerin k\u00f6k\u00fc sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa faydalar\u0131 i\u00e7in yemek ve \u00e7orba haz\u0131rlamak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/u> Geleneksel \u00c7in t\u0131bb\u0131nda, toksik alkaloid i\u00e7eri\u011finin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in i\u015flemden ge\u00e7irildikten sonra <em>aconite<\/em> k\u00f6kleri <u>analjezi, anti-inflamatuvar ve kardiyotonik<\/u> olarak kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kaynatma veya i\u015flemden ge\u00e7irilmi\u015f bu bitkisel k\u00f6kler daha az toksik ve toksik olmayan <em>aconite alkaloidlerine<\/em> hidrolize olur. Fakat <u>y\u00fcksek miktarlarda kullan\u0131m\u0131 (3-30 gram yerine 50-500 gram) ve yetersiz haz\u0131rlanma s\u00fcreci (pi\u015fmemi\u015f)<\/u> zehirlenme riskini artt\u0131r\u0131r. E\u011fer tavsiye edilenden daha fazla \u00e7i\u011f k\u00f6kler t\u00fcketilirse kaynaman\u0131n uzamas\u0131 dahi yeterli koruyuculukta olmayabilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00c7in\u2019de bitkisel i\u00e7ecekler i\u00e7ilmesi sonucunda bitkisel \u00fcr\u00fcnlerle ili\u015fkili <em>aconite<\/em> zehirlenmesi olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Hong Kong\u2019da be\u015f hastanede 17 tane kazayla al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f bitkisel \u00fcr\u00fcnlerle ilgili <em>aconite<\/em> zehirlenmesi vakas\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 2\u2019si \u00f6lm\u00fc\u015f ve \u00e7o\u011funda ta\u015fiaritmi geli\u015fmi\u015ftir. Bu durum, \u00f6zellikle <u>Uzak Do\u011fu\u2019da m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilecek <em>aconite<\/em> toksikasyonuna \u00f6nemi<\/u> \u00f6ng\u00f6rmektedir. Hindistan\u2019da bir vakada 8 damla homeopatik tent\u00fcr, 40 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki erkekte bradikardiye neden oldu\u011fu bulundu. 0,2 mg kadar k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck miktarlarda <em>aconite<\/em> saniyelerden iki saat i\u00e7erisinde ciddi belirtiler olu\u015fturabilir. Kontroll\u00fc klinik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar bir ay kullan\u0131lan <em>efedran\u0131n<\/em> fiziksel aktivitelerde plaseboya g\u00f6re yakla\u015f\u0131k bir kilogram kilo kayb\u0131 olu\u015fturdu\u011funu g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Fakat mide bulant\u0131s\u0131, kusma, anksiyete, duygu durum de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, hiperaktivite, \u00e7arp\u0131nt\u0131 gibi yan etkiler olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur. Efedra t\u00fcketen milyonlarca insanda hipertansiyon, pulmoner arter hipertansiyonu, kardiyak disritmiler, miyokard enfarkt\u00fcs\u00fc, n\u00f6bet, inme ve ani \u00f6l\u00fcm gibi durumlar\u0131n geli\u015fti\u011fi belirtilmi\u015ftir.<em> Efedra,<\/em> kardiyovask\u00fcler olaylarla ilgili vakalar\u0131n %60\u2019tan fazlas\u0131na yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r ve toksisitesi efedrin ve ps\u00f6doefedrin alkaloidleri sonucu olu\u015fur. <u>FDA 2004\u2019te efedray\u0131 yasaklam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r<\/u>. Yasaklan\u0131lmas\u0131ndan sonra efedra ile ilgili zehirlenmeler %98\u2019den fazla azalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Mavi koho\u015f (Caulophyllum thalictroides)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Amerikan yerlileri, <u>do\u011fum a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131, menstrual kramplar\u0131 dindirmek<\/u> i\u00e7in \u00e7ay olarak <em>\u2018\u2019papoose k\u00f6k\u00fc\u2019\u2019<\/em> ya da <em>\u2018\u2019squaw k\u00f6k\u00fc\u2019\u2019<\/em>n\u00fc kullanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. <em>Mavi koho\u015f<\/em>, 1882 -1905 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda do\u011fum eylemi ind\u00fckleyicisi olarak <u>ABD Farmakope Konvasiyonu\u2019nda (USP)<\/u> listelenmi\u015ftir. 1999 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki bir ankette ABD\u2019deki ebelerin %64\u2019\u00fcn\u00fcn kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131, ayr\u0131ca yan etkilerinden biri olan ge\u00e7ici fetal ta\u015fikardi olu\u015fturdu\u011fu rapor edilmi\u015ftir. PubMed\u2019de \u00fc\u00e7 ciddi vaka raporu bulunmu\u015ftur. Klinisyenler <em>mavi koho\u015fun<\/em> potansiyel toksisitesini tan\u0131mal\u0131, gebelik ve laktasyon esnas\u0131nda g\u00fcvenilir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ya da yeterli etkilerin eksikli\u011fi nedeniyle herhangi bitkisel \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 tavsiye etmemeliler. <u>New York \u015eehri Zehir Kontrol Merkezi<\/u> d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck yapma te\u015febb\u00fcs\u00fcnde bulunan <em>mavi koho\u015f<\/em> kullanan 21 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki kad\u0131nda geli\u015fen ta\u015fikardiyi vaka raporu olarak bildirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Yohimbe (Pausinystalia johimbe)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>Yohimbine<\/em>, <em>yohimbe bitkisinin<\/em> kabu\u011funda bulunan en yayg\u0131n alkaloittir. <u>Viagra\u2019dan \u00f6nce erektil disfonksiyon (ED)<\/u> i\u00e7in re\u00e7ete edilirken (g\u00fcnde 5 \u2013 10 mg), <u>Viagra\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 art\u0131k kullan\u0131lmamaktad\u0131r.<\/u> <em>Yohimbine<\/em> i\u00e7eren ila\u00e7lar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 (ya <em>yohimbine hidroklorit<\/em> ya da <em>yohimbe<\/em> kabu\u011fu \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc) artm\u0131\u015f kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 ve kalp h\u0131z\u0131, anksiyete, sersemlik hali, tremor, ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, mide bulant\u0131s\u0131 ve uyku bozukluklar\u0131 gibi yan etkiler ile sonu\u00e7lanabilmektedir. <em><u>Yohimbine<\/u><\/em><u> takviyeleri Avustralya, Kanada, Avrupa\u2019da yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r (ABD\u2019de de\u011fil).<\/u> Bu yasaklara ra\u011fmen, PubMed\u2019de birka\u00e7 vaka raporu vard\u0131r ve \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu ED i\u00e7in y\u00fcksek doz kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130lk vaka 250 mg kadar <em>yohimbine<\/em> alan 16 ya\u015f\u0131nda k\u0131z, 20 dk sonras\u0131nda anksiyete, ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, mide bulant\u0131s\u0131, \u00e7arp\u0131nt\u0131, g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, HT, ta\u015fikardi, ta\u015fipne, diyaforez, solgunluk, tremor ve eritemat\u00f6z d\u00f6k\u00fcnt\u00fc geli\u015fmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f. Serum epinefrin ve norepinefrin d\u00fczeyleri y\u00fckselmi\u015f bulunmu\u015ftur. \u0130kincisi, 350 mg <em>yohimbine<\/em> alan diyabet hastas\u0131 38 ya\u015f\u0131nda erkek, 2 saat sonra g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, AF ve 150 at\u0131m\/dk geli\u015fmi\u015f. Son olarak, 9 g\u00fcnd\u00fcr <em>yohimbine<\/em> alan 62 ya\u015f erkek diyabet hastas\u0131, sonras\u0131nda 100 tablet (her biri 2 mg, toplamda 200 mg) daha alm\u0131\u015f ve ayn\u0131 zamanda Baz\u0131 enerji i\u00e7ecekleri GT (5-Hour Energy, Monster Energy, Rockstar) olarak, di\u011ferleri geleneksel yiyecek (Red Bull) olarak pazarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu i\u00e7ecekler \u015fekerden ba\u015fka yayg\u0131n malzemeler <em>guarana, ginseng, glukuronolakton, yerba mate, turun\u00e7, taurin<\/em> ve <em>niasin<\/em> i\u00e7ermektedir <strong>(Tablo 10). <\/strong>2012\u2019de FDA \u2018\u2019enerji i\u00e7ecekleri\u2019\u2019 olarak pazarlanan \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin belirgin sakatl\u0131k ya da \u00f6l\u00fcm ile ilgili \u00e7ok say\u0131da k\u00f6t\u00fc yan etki raporlar\u0131n\u0131 listelemi\u015ftir (Ocak 2004 ile Ekim 2012 aras\u0131nda). Belirtiler ciddi olmayan halsizlik, mide bulant\u0131s\u0131, kusma, anksiyete ve d\u00f6k\u00fcnt\u00fclerden ciddi olan b\u00f6brek yetmezli\u011fi, n\u00f6betler, aritmiler, g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, miyokard enfarkt\u00fcs\u00fc, kardiyak arrest, bilin\u00e7 kayb\u0131 ve \u00f6l\u00fcme kadar de\u011fi\u015fmektedir. Enerji i\u00e7eceklerinin koag\u00fclasyon riskini art\u0131rabilen artm\u0131\u015f platelet aktivitesi ve sonras\u0131nda kardiyak problem riskini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile ilgili oldu\u011fu rapor edilmi\u015ftir. Kafeinin farmakolojik dozu eskiden santral sinir sistemini uyaran insanlarda yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 3 mg\/kg\u2019d\u0131r. Bu d\u00fczeyin \u00fcst\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 ya da a\u011f\u0131zdan al\u0131nan kafein miktar\u0131n\u0131n 4 mg\/kg olmas\u0131, oru\u00e7 tutan bireylerde artm\u0131\u015f kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 bulunmu\u015ftur. Belirtiler kusma, kar\u0131n a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, ajitasyon, bilin\u00e7 de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, rijidite, n\u00f6betler, VT ve VF\u2019ye ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcmd\u00fcr. 5 -50 gr aras\u0131 y\u00fcksek kafein konsantrasyonlar\u0131 fatal sonu\u00e7 ile ili\u015fkilendirilmi\u015ftir. Kafeinin akut fatal dozu 170 mg\/kg\u2019dan daha y\u00fcksek dozlard\u0131r ve insandaki kan konsantrasyonun 100 \u00b5\/ml \u00fczeri \u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcld\u00fcr. Tezgah \u00fczerindeki katk\u0131 g\u0131dalar\u0131, genelde tablet ba\u015f\u0131na 100 -200 mg kafein i\u00e7erir ve halsizli\u011fi yenmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bir \u00e7ay ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 kafein tozu 25 fincan kahveye denktir. 39 ya\u015f\u0131nda erkek a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 al\u0131m (10 -12 gr) sonucunda fatal bir vaka rapor edilmi\u015ftir. PubMed Medline\u2019da 1959 -2010 aras\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 45 kafein ile ilgili \u00f6l\u00fcmler rapor edilmi\u015f olup, bunlar\u0131n 20 tanesi 1993 -2009 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. FDA\u2019nin destekledi\u011fi 2006 y\u0131l\u0131nda, 1 y\u0131l s\u00fcren prospektif \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, <u>San Francisco zehir dan\u0131\u015fma merkezi<\/u>ni arayanlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu GT i\u00e7eren min\u00f6r problemlerdi ve bunlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu da kafein i\u00e7erenlerdir (yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak %47, kafein miktar\u0131 etikette belirtilmemi\u015f). Hemen yan\u0131nda <em>yohimbe<\/em> \u00fcr\u00fcnleri geliyor ve uyar\u0131c\u0131 belirtilerin %18\u2019ini olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Sadece bir \u00f6l\u00fcm, yorucu fiziksel aktivite esnas\u0131nda olu\u015fan inmenin kafein al\u0131m\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olabilece\u011fi rapor edilmi\u015ftir. <u>Ulusal Sa\u011fl\u0131k Enstit\u00fcleri (NIH)<\/u> GT etiketli veri taban\u0131n\u0131n (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dsld.nlm.nih.gov\/dsld\/\">http:\/\/www.dsld.nlm.nih.gov\/dsld\/<\/a>) 50.000 \u00fczerinde GT \u00fcr\u00fcnleri listelenmi\u015f ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131nda, i\u00e7erik olarak 117 \u00fcr\u00fcn kafein ve 26\u2019s\u0131 yohimbe i\u00e7ermektedir. <u>FDA\u2019n\u0131n G\u0131da G\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve Beslenme Merkezi (Toksikoloji b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc)<\/u> dakikada artm\u0131\u015f kalp at\u0131mlar\u0131 i\u00e7in insan kardiyomiyosit h\u00fccrelerinin in vitro olarak test edilmesini teklif etmi\u015ftir. Toksik d\u00fczey olan 250 \u00b5M\u2019de kafeinin dakikada kalp at\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve <em>feniletilamin (PEA), higenamin, efedran\u0131n<\/em> da ayn\u0131 etkiye sahip olduklar\u0131n\u0131 bulmu\u015ftur. <u>Amerikan Pediatri Akademisi<\/u> \u00e7ocuklarda kafein kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 potansiyel zararl\u0131 yan etkiler (ta\u015fikardi, kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri) ve geli\u015fimine zararl\u0131 etkileri (n\u00f6roloji ve kardiyovask\u00fcler) nedeniyle tavsiye etmemektedir.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Meyan (Glycyrrhiza glabra)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>Glycyrrhiza<\/em>, eski Yunanca\u2019da \u015feker anlam\u0131ndaki \u2018\u2019<em>glykos<\/em>\u2019\u2019 ve k\u00f6k anlam\u0131ndaki \u2018\u2019<em>rhiza<\/em>\u2019\u2019 kelimelerinden t\u00fcretilmi\u015ftir. Meyan <em>glycyrrhizic asit<\/em> i\u00e7eri\u011fi nedeniyle y\u00fcksek mineralokortikoide (hipertansiyonun bilinmeyen formu) neden olur. Bu asit, kortizol\u00fcn etkisiyle sodyum retansiyonu, potasyum kayb\u0131, \u00f6dem, artm\u0131\u015f kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 ve renin anjiyotensin aldosteron sistemi bask\u0131lanmas\u0131 ile sonu\u00e7lanan <em>11-\u03b2-hidroksisteroid dehidrogenaz tip 2 enzimini<\/em> inhibe etmektedir. <strong>Tablo 12<\/strong> olas\u0131 meyan ile ili\u015fkili kalp problemlerini listelemi\u015ftir. Hipokalemi, serum potasyum d\u00fczeylerinin 3,5 mEq\/L (3,5 mmol\/L) alt\u0131nda olmas\u0131d\u0131r ve hayat\u0131 tehdit edici kardiyak aritmilere neden olabilmektedir. Di\u011fer bitkiler de hipokalemiye yol a\u00e7abilen <em>aloe, yalanc\u0131 i\u011fde kabu\u011fu, barut a\u011fac\u0131 kabu\u011fu, ravent k\u00f6k\u00fc ve senna yapra\u011f\u0131n\u0131<\/em> i\u00e7ermektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em><strong>Tavsiye edilen al\u0131m.<\/strong><\/em> <em>Glycyrrhizic asit<\/em> duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 her bireyde de\u011fi\u015fken aral\u0131\u011fa sahiptir. En \u00e7ok duyarl\u0131 ki\u015filer, yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 100 mg <em>glycyrrhizic asit<\/em> (yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 gm meyan \u015fekeri, %0,2 <em>glycyrrhizic asit<\/em> konsantrasyonu) tepkimesine maruz kalanlard\u0131r. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bireyler 2 hafta boyunca 150 gm t\u00fckettikten sonra sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bireylerde artm\u0131\u015f kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 (sistolik\/diastolik yakla\u015f\u0131k 7\/4 mmHg) geli\u015fmektedir. Her g\u00fcn 400 mg ya da daha fazla <em>glycyrrhizic asit<\/em> t\u00fcketiminden sonra bir\u00e7ok insanda k\u00f6t\u00fc yan etkiler geli\u015fecektir. <u>Avrupa G\u0131da Bilimsel Komitesi<\/u> 2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 al\u0131mdan bireyleri korumak i\u00e7in \u00fcst limiti 100 mg\/g\u00fcn olarak belirlemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em><strong>Duyarl\u0131 hastalar. <\/strong><\/em>Kardiyovask\u00fcler hastalar, a\u00e7\u0131klanamayan hipokalemi ve kas g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne neden olabilecek a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 meyan t\u00fcketiminden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmas\u0131 uyar\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. ABD\u2019de <em>glycyrrhizin<\/em> genellikle belli yiyeceklerin i\u00e7inde genellikle g\u00fcvenli olarak tan\u0131mlanmaktad\u0131r <strong>(Tablo 13).<\/strong> Vaka raporlar\u0131nda \u015feker en \u00e7ok meyan kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak al\u0131nt\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131r; me\u015frubatlar, laksatifler ve \u00e7i\u011fnenen t\u00fct\u00fcn taraf\u0131ndan takip edilmektedir. <em>Glycyrrhizinin<\/em> fazlas\u0131yla t\u00fcketildi\u011fi di\u011fer bir yer Orta Do\u011fu\u2019da raporlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, \u00f6zellikle Ramazan ay\u0131nda M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019d\u0131r.
