Y\u0131l Raporu"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"37934\" class=\"elementor elementor-37934\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-73f1b57d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"73f1b57d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5f627c36 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5f627c36\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><\/p>\n\n<p>6 \u015eubat 2023 tarihinde Kahramanmara\u015f\u2019\u0131n Pazarc\u0131k ve Elbistan il\u00e7elerinde meydana gelen ve 11 ilimizi do\u011frudan etkileyen depremler, \u00fclkemizin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 en b\u00fcy\u00fck felaketlerden biri olmu\u015ftur. 7,8 ve 7,5 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki iki b\u00fcy\u00fck deprem sonucunda on binlerce insan ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirmi\u015f, y\u00fczbinlerce ki\u015fi yaralanm\u0131\u015f, sa\u011fl\u0131k altyap\u0131s\u0131 da a\u011f\u0131r bi\u00e7imde etkilenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n<p>Depremin ilk an\u0131ndan itibaren yaral\u0131lar\u0131n ba\u015fvurdu\u011fu ilk sa\u011fl\u0131k noktalar\u0131 <strong>hastane acil servisleri<\/strong> olmu\u015ftur. Bu nedenle acil t\u0131p uzmanlar\u0131, asistanlar\u0131 ve t\u00fcm acil servis \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 hem depremzede olarak kendi ya\u015fam m\u00fccadelesini verirken hem de topluma sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti sunmaya devam ederek b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6zveri g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Acil T\u0131p Derne\u011fi (TATD) Afet Komisyonu, depremin hemen ard\u0131ndan 100\u2019den fazla acil t\u0131p uzman\u0131n\u0131n sahadaki g\u00f6zlemlerini i\u00e7eren ilk raporu 13 \u015eubat 2023\u2019te yay\u0131mlam\u0131\u015f, ard\u0131ndan deprem b\u00f6lgelerinde g\u00f6rev yapan hekimlerin sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemek ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri geli\u015ftirmek \u00fczere \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaylar d\u00fczenlemi\u015ftir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te hem sahadan elde edilen veriler hem de bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kapsaml\u0131 bir de\u011ferlendirme yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Y\u0131l Raporunun Amac\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>May\u0131s 2025 itibar\u0131yla depremlerin \u00fczerinden ge\u00e7en iki y\u0131l\u0131n sonunda haz\u0131rlanan <strong>\u201cAcil Servis Perspektifinden 2 Y\u0131ll\u0131k \u0130yile\u015ftirme S\u00fcreci Raporu\u201d<\/strong>, afet b\u00f6lgelerindeki sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetlerini \u00f6zellikle acil servis bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla ele almakta, gelinen noktay\u0131 ortaya koymakta ve gelecek afetler i\u00e7in dersler \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 hedeflemektedir.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00d6ne \u00c7\u0131kan Bulgular<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc <strong>Hekimlerin Sosyal ve Psikolojik Durumu:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n %48,6\u2019s\u0131 aile d\u00fczenini zamanla toparlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtirken, %13,5\u2019i halen sorun ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n\n<li>Hekimlerin %35\u2019i uykusuzluk, %30\u2019u s\u00fcrekli tetikte olma hali, %25\u2019i \u00f6fke gibi psikolojik belirtiler ya\u015famaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n<li>Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n %15\u2019inde intihar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi bildirilmi\u015f olup, bu durum d\u00fczenli psikososyal deste\u011fin \u00f6nemini ortaya koymaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc <strong>Bar\u0131nma ve Ekonomik Sorunlar:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hekimlerin %45\u2019inin evi kullan\u0131lamaz durumdad\u0131r, %30\u2019unun ise onar\u0131ma ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n<li>Bar\u0131nma i\u00e7in sa\u011flanan konteyner kentler nicelik olarak yeterli olsa da altyap\u0131 sorunlar\u0131 nedeniyle nitelik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yetersiz kalmaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n<li>Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n %45,9\u2019u bar\u0131nma masraflar\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtmi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc <strong>Hastane Y\u00f6netimleri ve Acil Servis \u0130\u015fleyi\u015fi:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul bildirilmi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n\n<li>Yap\u0131sal g\u00fcvenlik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ciddi bir kayg\u0131 olmamakla birlikte, t\u0131bbi ekipman temininde iyile\u015fmeler rapor, 6 \u015eubat Kahramanmara\u015f depremlerinin ard\u0131ndan iki y\u0131lda gelinen noktay\u0131 ortaya koyarken, gelecekte ya\u015fanabilecek afetler i\u00e7in sa\u011fl\u0131k sistemimizin
