Bunun birinci ko\u015fulu bu disiplinleri ayn\u0131 \u015femsiye alt\u0131nda toplamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>G&uuml;n&uuml;m&uuml;zde afetlerle m&uuml;cadele g&ouml;revini &uuml;stlenen sa\u011flik &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n ezici co\u011funlu\u011funun mesleki diplomalar\u0131n\u0131 edindikleri okullarda bu konuda e\u011fitim almam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu g&ouml;r&uuml;lmektedir. Afet T\u0131bb\u0131 Y&uuml;ksek Lisans Program\u0131n\u0131n kurulmas\u0131 bu alanda uygulay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n bilgi ve donan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rmak i&ccedil;in gereken akademik altyap\u0131y\u0131 olu\u015fturmak i&ccedil;in ka&ccedil;\u0131n\u0131lmaz ve ivedi bir gerekliliktir. &ldquo;Y&uuml;zyilin Depremi&rdquo;nin ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 b&ouml;lgede, Kocaeli &Uuml;niversitesi &ccedil;at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda bu program\u0131n yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131larak ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131, &uuml;lkenin bu denli elzem ve ivedi sorununun 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden insanlar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 co\u011frafyada &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;m bulmas\u0131 ve buradan t&uuml;m &uuml;lkeye yay\u0131lmas\u0131 son derece anlaml\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KABUL KO\u015eULLARI<\/strong><br \/>\nKocaeli &Uuml;niversitesi Lisans&uuml;st&uuml; Egitim &Ouml;\u011fretim Y&ouml;netmeli\u011finde belirtilen ko\u015fullara ilaveten programa basvuracaklar\u0131n Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bilimleri ile ilgili (T\u0131p, Di\u015f Hekimli\u011fi, Veteriner Hekimlik, Eczac\u0131l\u0131k Fak&uuml;lteleri, Acil Sa\u011fl\u0131k Hizmetleri sunumunda g&ouml;revli hekim, hem\u015fire, paramedik, sa\u011fl\u0131k memuru, &ccedil;evre sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 teknisyeni, sa\u011fl\u0131k ve kamu y&ouml;neticileri vb Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bilimleri ile ilgili y&uuml;ksek okul veya fak&uuml;ltelerden Anabilim Dal\u0131 kurulunca uygun g&ouml;r&uuml;len \u015fartlara sahip lisans mezunlar\u0131) alanlarda lisans e\u011fitimi alm\u0131\u015f olmalar\u0131 istenecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015fvuru i&ccedil;in Genel Ko\u015fullar<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ALES say\u0131sal t&uuml;rden 55 standart puan<\/li>\n<li>Yabanc\u0131 dil (KPDS-&Uuml;DS) en az 50 puan alm\u0131\u015f olmak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tezli y&uuml;ksek lisans program\u0131nda al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken kredi say\u0131s\u0131 (en az) 21 olarak belirlenmistir.
