Turnuva, Türkiye’nin dört bir yanından gelecek katılımlarla İstanbul ve Ankara’da düzenlenecektir. Finalistler, ilk kez yapılacak Spor Acilleri Sempozyumu’na katılma hakkı kazanacaklardır. Toplamda 4 finalist belirlenecektir.

Genel Bilgiler:

• Turnuva sokak basketbolu formatında 3 as, 2 yedek (opsiyonel) olmak üzere maksimum 5 kişilik takımlar halinde oynanacaktır.
• Oyuncular Acil Tıp Uzmanı ya da Acil Tıp Asistanı hekimlerden oluşacaktır.
• Takım başvuruları https://tatd.org.tr/empact/ resmi internet sitesi üzerinden alınacaktır.
• Bir kurumdan, birden fazla takım katılabilecektir.
• Farklı kurumlardan katılımcılar takım oluşturabileceklerdir.

Finalist Belirleme Yöntemi

• Toplamda 4 takımın finalist olarak belirleneceği bir sistemde, bölgesel finalist sayısını belirlemek için bölgelerin katılım oranlarına göre orantısal ve adil bir dağılım yapılacaktır.

            13x 4/17 ≈ 3,06 (yuvarlanırsa 3 takım)

             4 x 4/17≈ 0.94 (yuvarlanırsa 1 takım)

• Turnuva sokak basketbolu formatında 3 as, 2 yedek (opsiyonel) olmak üzere maksimum 5 kişilik takımlar halinde oynanacaktır.
• Her takım, ön başvuru formunda takım ismi ve oyuncu isimlerini bildirmek zorundadır. Takımlar turnuvaya katılırken beyan ettikleri takım ismi ve oyuncu listelerinde sonradan değişiklik yapamazlar.
• Organizasyon tarafından forma, yelek vb. temin edilmeyeceğinden takımları tek tip kıyafet (forma) temin etmeleri gerekir ve takım oyuncularının takımlarına ait tek tip bir forma ile maça çıkmaları gerekmektedir.
• Her takım, maçlardan en az 10 dakika önce sahada bulunmak zorundadır.
• Turnuva ile ilgili tüm bilgiler, turnuva web sitesi ve sosyal medya hesaplarında yayınlanacaktır.
• Turnuva organizatörleri, turnuva programında ve kurallarında değişiklik yapma hakkına sahiptir.

Maç Başlangıcı:

• İki takım maç öncesinde aynı anda ısınacaktır.
• Maç, her takımın oyun sahasında 3 oyuncusuyla başlamalıdır.
• Yazı-tura atışı hangi takımın ilk pozisyonu alacağını belirleyecektir. Yazı-turayı kazanan takım, maçın başındaki ya da olası bir uzatmanın başındaki pozisyonu seçebilir.

Oyun Süresi ve Skor:

• Kurala uygun oyun süresi 10 dakikalık 1 periyottur. Oyun saati, ölü top durumlarında ve serbest atışlarda durdurulacaktır. Oyun saati, topun değişimi tamamlandıktan (top hücum takımı ellerinde olduğunda) sonra yeniden başlatılacaktır.
• Yayın içinden her şuta (1 sayılık atış alanı) 1 sayı verilecektir.
• Yayın gerisinden her şuta (2 sayılık atış alanı) 2 sayı verilecektir.
• Her başarılı serbest atışa 1 sayı verilecektir.
• Kurala uygun oyun saatinin bitmesinden önce 15 ya da daha fazla skor yapan ilk takım maçı kazanır.
• Kurala uygun oyun süresinin sonunda skor eşitse, 3 dakikalık bir uzatma oynanacaktır. Uzatma başlamadan önce 1 dakikalık bir ara olacaktır.
• Eleme aşamasında, takımlar arasında eşitlik olması durumunda öncelikle alınan puan, sorasında averaj, sonrasında atılan sayı miktarına bakılarak eleme gerçekleştirilecektir.

Fauller:

• Basket-faullerde sayı sayılır ve “1” atış verilir.
• Sportmenlik dışı ve diskalifiye edici fauller için 2 faul olarak sayılır. Bir oyuncunun birinci sportmenlik dışı faulü, 2 serbest atışla cezalandırılacak, ancak topu kontrol etme hakkı verilmeyecektir.
• Tüm diskalifiye edici fauller (bir oyuncunun ikinci sportmenlik dışı faulü dahil) 2 serbest atış ve topu kontrol etme hakkıyla cezalandırılacaktır.
• 5 ve sonraki tüm takım faullerinde iki serbest atış atılacaktır. İlki isabetli olursa ikinci atış olmayacaktır.
• Tüm teknik fauller her zaman 1 serbest atışla cezalandırılacaktır. Teknik faul savunma oyuncusuna verilmişse şut saati rakipler için 12 saniye ayarlanacaktır. Teknik faul hücum oyuncusuna verilmişse şut saati, o takım için sürenin durduğu yerden devam edecektir.
• Hücum faul serbest atışlarla cezalandırılmayacaktır.

Hakem ve Görevli:

• Maç görevlileri, 1 hakem ve 1 masa görevlisinden oluşacaktır.
• Herhangi bir kural ihlali veya itiraz durumunda, turnuva hakemlerinin kararı kesin olacaktır.

Diskalifiye, Hükmen veya Kendiliğinden Yenilgi

• Kendiliğinden yenilen ya da hileli hükmen yenilen takım yarışmadan diskalifiye edilecektir.
• Bir takım maçın bitmesinden önce sahadan çekilirse ya da takımın tüm oyuncuları sakatlanırsa ve/veya diskalifiye edilirse maçta kendiliğinden yenilir. Kendiliğinden yenilgi durumunda, kazanan takım o sırada mevcut skoru tutmayı ya da hükmen mağlubiyet skoru olan 7-0 lehine skor tescilini seçme hakkına sahiptir.
• Maçın belirlenen başlama saatinde oyun sahasında oynamaya hazır 3 oyuncuyla olmayan takım, maçta hükmen yenilecektir. Hükmen yenilgi durumunda, maç skoru 7-0 ya da 0-7 (‘7’ kazanan) olarak yazılır.
• Maçlara gecikme halinde, takımlar 2 dakika sonra hükmen mağlup ilan edilebilirler.

Oyuncu Değişimi:

• Oyuncu değişimi, oyun durduğunda ya da sayı sonrası yapılabilir.
