Türkiye Acil Tıp Derneği olarak, ülkemizin afet ve acil durumlarda hızlı, etkin ve profesyonel sağlık hizmeti sunan Ulusal Medikal Kurtarma Ekibi (UMKE)’nin Ulusal UMKE Haftası’nı kutluyoruz. 2003 yılında Sağlık Bakanlığı…]]> Türkiye Acil Tıp Derneği olarak, ülkemizin afet ve acil durumlarda hızlı, etkin ve profesyonel sağlık hizmeti sunan Ulusal Medikal Kurtarma Ekibi (UMKE)’nin Ulusal UMKE Haftası’nı kutluyoruz.

2003 yılında Sağlık Bakanlığı tarafından kurulan UMKE; sağlık profesyonelleri ve gönüllülerden oluşan, afet, kaza, kitlesel yaralanma ve olağanüstü durumlarda olay yerinde medikal kurtarma ve acil sağlık hizmeti sunan özel eğitimli bir ekiptir. Deprem, sel, çığ, KBRN olayları, büyük trafik kazaları, yangın ve patlama gibi her türlü olağanüstü durumda 7/24 görev yapmaktadır.

Normal zamanlarda kendi asli görevlerinde çalışan UMKE personeli, afet ve acil durumlarda özveriyle sahaya çıkar; özel donanımlı araç ve ekipmanları ile en zorlu şartlarda dahi hayat kurtarmak için mücadele eder.

Fedakârlıkları, profesyonellikleri ve insan hayatına verdikleri değerle milletimizin güven kaynağı olan tüm UMKE personeline ve gönüllülerine teşekkür ediyor, başarılarının devamını diliyoruz.

Cumhuriyet Bayramı, Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisinin 29 Ekim 1923’te Cumhuriyet yönetimi ilan etmesi anısına her yıl 29 Ekim günü Türkiye’de ve Kuzey Kıbrıs’ta kutlanan bir millî bayramdır. 1925 yılında çıkarılan bir yasa ile millî bayram olarak kutlanmaya başlanmıştır.

Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin kurucusu Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, cumhuriyetin onuncu yılı kutlamalarının yapıldığı 29 Ekim 1933 tarihinde verdiği Onuncu Yıl Nutku’nda, bu günü “en büyük bayram” olarak nitelendirmiştir.

Dünyada her 5 ölümden biri sepsis ile ilişkilidir. Sepsis tıbbi acil bir durumdur, önlenebilir bir ölüm nedenidir. Sepsise karşı genel olarak alınacak önlemleri arasında başta sepsisin bir halk sağlığı problemi olarak ele alınması, sık görülen enfeksiyonlara karşı aşılanma, temiz doğum uygulamaları, ameliyatta enfeksiyon önleme uygulamaları, hastanede yatış sürelerinin kısaltılması, özellikle el yıkama alışkanlığının yaygınlaştırılması olmak üzere kişisel hijyenin sağlanması, beslenme ve temiz su sağlanması sıralanabilir.

Birinci basamak sağlık hizmeti ile başlayan, acil servislerde ciddiyeti artan, cerrahi ve dahili servislerde sık karşılaşılan ve yoğun bakımlarda en ağır haliyle yatan sepsis hastalarının tedavisinde tüm branşlar bir bütün oluşturmaktadır.

30 Ağustos 1922, Başkomutanlık Meydan Muharebesi adıyla da bilinen Büyük Taarruz‘un başarıyla sonuçlanmasını takiben İzmir’in Yunan işgalinden kurtulduğu günü temsil etmektedir.

İlk kez 1924 yılında Afyon’da Başkumandan Zaferi adıyla kutlanan 30 Ağustos günü, Türkiye’de 1926’dan beri Zafer Bayramı olarak kutlanmaktadır.

Büyük Taarruz’un 100. yılında, Başkumandan Mustafa Kemal Atatürk ve silah arkadaşlarını saygı ve minnetle anıyoruz. 30 Ağustos Zafer Bayramı kutlu olsun!

19 Mayıs 1919’da Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’ün Bandırma Vapuru ile Samsun’a çıkışı Türk Kurtuluş Savaşı’nın başlangıcı kabul edilmektedir.

Atatürk’ü Anma, Gençlik ve Spor Bayramı ilk defa 1926 yılında “Gazi Günü” adı altında Samsun’da kutlanmış, 24 Mayıs 1935’te Atatürk Günü adı altında resmiyet kazanmıştır. 20 Haziran 1938 tarihli kanunla “Gençlik ve Spor Bayramı” adını almıştır.

Uzun yıllar “Gençlik ve Spor Bayramı” adıyla kutlanan bayram, Atatürk Yılı kabul ve ilan edilen 1981’de “Atatürk’ü Anma, Gençlik ve Spor Bayramı” adını almıştır.

Cumhuriyetimizin kurucusu Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’ün Türk gençliğine armağanı, Atatürk’ü Anma, Gençlik ve Spor Bayramı kutlu olsun!
