Kolay bir istatistik paket program\u0131 \u00f6nerebilir misiniz?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu sorunun ucuz (hatta \u00fccretsiz) k\u0131sm\u0131 i\u00e7in uzun s\u00fcre sadece tek bir yan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131z vard\u0131: R istatistik programlama dili. Ama bu \u00fccretsiz paket son derece karma\u015f\u0131k komutlar\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmek i\u00e7in ciddi bir zaman yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7eriyordu. Benim de favorim olan ve neredeyse her i\u015flem i\u00e7in rutin kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m MedCalc, d\u00f6viz kurlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckseli\u015fi ile ucuz olmaktan yava\u015f yava\u015f \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. \u00dcniversiteler taraf\u0131ndan verilen \u00fccretsiz SPSS ve SAS a\u011f s\u00fcr\u00fcmleri ile Kad\u0131k\u00f6y Yaz\u0131c\u0131lar i\u015f han\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerini saymazsak kendi temel analizlerini yapmak isteyen klinisyenler i\u00e7in alternatif kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.acilci.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/statpopularity.png\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.acilci.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/statpopularity-243x300.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26603\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Muenchen ve ark taraf\u0131ndan 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131nlanan analize g\u00f6re (RA Muenchen, 2015,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/r4stats.com\/articles\/popularity\/\">http:\/\/r4stats.com\/articles\/popularity<\/a>) en pop\u00fcler analiz yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 istisnas\u0131z SPSS.[1] Ama R korkun\u00e7 bir h\u0131zla y\u00fckselerek neredeyse SPSS&#8217;i yakalam\u0131\u015f vaziyette. Bu analizde R paketinin kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik baz\u0131 &#8220;\u00fcst&#8221; programlar da eklenmi\u015f durumda. Bunlardan en \u00f6nemlileri <strong>Jamovi[2]<\/strong> ve <strong>JASP[3]<\/strong>. Jamovi biraz daha g\u00f6rsel ve daha kolay ama ikisi de \u00e7ok benzer. \u0130kisi de R istatistik programlama dili \u00fczerine yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, asl\u0131nda R paketlerini kullanan ama g\u00f6rselle\u015ftiren birer \u00fcst paket ve birbirini tamamlayan fonksiyonlar\u0131 mevcut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jamovi (www.jamovi.org)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jamovi, R \u00fczerine yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, sadece t\u0131klama ile t\u00fcm fonksiyonlar\u0131n yerine getirilebilece\u011fi ve neredeyse ba\u015fka hi\u00e7bir paket gerektirmeyecek, tamamen \u00fccretsiz bir program. SPSS .sav dosyalar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7abiliyor. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda .csv ya da .txt dosyalar\u0131n\u0131 da a\u00e7arken hi\u00e7 sorun ya\u015fatm\u0131yor. E\u011fer Excel&#8217;e kaydetti\u011finiz verileriniz varsa Save As&#8230; diyerek .csv format\u0131nda kaydedip rahatl\u0131kla Jamovide a\u00e7abilirsiniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.acilci.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/screenshot.png\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.acilci.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/screenshot-1024x576.png\" alt=\"jamovi\" class=\"wp-image-26607\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Bo\u015f bir Jamovi a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda 2 ekranl\u0131 bir yap\u0131 g\u00f6receksiniz. Solda Excel usul\u00fc bir veritaban\u0131 k\u0131sm\u0131, ve sa\u011fda d\u00f6k\u00fcmler ve grafiklerin canl\u0131 canl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnece\u011fi ekran\u0131m\u0131z. S\u00fctunlar de\u011fi\u015fkenlere sat\u0131rlar vakalara ait. Her s\u00fctunun ba\u015f\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fken isminin yan\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fken tipini i\u015faret eden bir de g\u00f6rsel var. De\u011fi\u015fken tipini s\u00fcrekli (<strong>continuous<\/strong>) ve kategorik (<strong>ordinal<\/strong> ya da <strong>nominal<\/strong>) olarak se\u00e7ebiliyoruz. Ayr\u0131ca s\u0131ra numaras\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden <strong>ID<\/strong> de\u011fi\u015fkenini de belirleyebiliriz. Veri tipi olarak de\u011fi\u015fkenin ne i\u00e7erdi\u011fini heman alt\u0131nda a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lan men\u00fcden belirliyoruz. E\u011fer de\u011fi\u015fken tipi olarak kategoriklerden biri olan ordinal ya da nominali se\u00e7ersek, o de\u011fi\u015fkenin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u00fcm de\u011ferler <strong>Levels<\/strong> k\u0131sm\u0131nda sa\u011fda veriliyor. Sol panelde de\u011fi\u015fkenlerimiz ve veri tiplerini g\u00f6steren i\u015faretler yer al\u0131yor. Buradan de\u011fi\u015fkenlerimizi se\u00e7ip Ok tu\u015funa basarak <strong>Variables<\/strong> (yeni analiz edece\u011fimiz de\u011fi\u015fken\/ler) veya <strong>Split By<\/strong> (gruplama de\u011fi\u015fkenlerimiz) k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131na g\u00f6t\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz anda D\u00f6k\u00fcm panelinde (sa\u011f beyaz bo\u015fluk) sonu\u00e7lar g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeye ba\u015flayacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu son derece \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 \u015fekilde h\u0131zla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor. SPSS&#8217;de 70 yere basmadan ilerleyemeyen ben ilk seferinde baya\u011f\u0131 etkilenmi\u015f ve \u015fa\u015f\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.acilci.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Screen-Shot-2018-09-25-at-18.34.08.png\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.acilci.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Screen-Shot-2018-09-25-at-18.34.08-1024x433.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26612\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u011fer herhangi bir kategoriye g\u00f6re b\u00f6lmek istemezsek <strong>Split By<\/strong> k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 bo\u015f b\u0131rak\u0131yoruz. Tan\u0131mlay\u0131c\u0131lar olarak rutinde <strong>N<\/strong> (vaka say\u0131s\u0131), <strong>Missing<\/strong> (eksik\/bo\u015f vaka say\u0131s\u0131), <strong>Mean<\/strong> (ortalama), <strong>Median<\/strong>, <strong>Minimum<\/strong> ve <strong>Maximum<\/strong> de\u011ferleri sadece veriliyor. Bu elbette \u00e7ok ama \u00e7ok yetersiz. Bu de\u011fi\u015fkenin normal da\u011f\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 (Shapiro-Wilk &lt;0,001) bu sebeple de medyan ve interkuartil aral\u0131k bildirmemiz gerekti\u011fini rahat\u00e7a g\u00f6rebiliriz. Tan\u0131mlay\u0131c\u0131 grafikler i\u00e7in <strong>Statistics<\/strong> panelinin hemen alt\u0131ndaki <strong>Plots<\/strong> panelini t\u0131klayarak bunu a\u00e7\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.acilci.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Screen-Shot-2018-09-25-at-18.29.22.png\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.acilci.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Screen-Shot-2018-09-25-at-18.29.22-1024x445.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26617\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Histogram<\/strong>, Kutu-\u00e7izgi (<strong>box-plot<\/strong>) grafi\u011fi, Kutu (<strong>bar<\/strong>) grafi\u011fi, <strong>QQ<\/strong> plot \u00e7izdirebilece\u011fimiz grafikler. Her birinin yan\u0131nda hangi tip veri i\u00e7in uygun olduklar\u0131 \u015fekillerle belirtilmi\u015f. Histogram kutusunu i\u015faretler i\u015faretlemez alttaki gibi ya\u015f\u0131n cinsiyetlere g\u00f6re b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f histogramlar\u0131n\u0131 elde ediyoruz. Veri yukar\u0131daki panellere nas\u0131l girildiyse, hangi etiketler kullan\u0131ld\u0131ysa grafik de \u00f6yle \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. \u00dcst\u00fcnde d\u00fczeltme imkan\u0131 yok. E\u011fer hatal\u0131 bir de\u011fi\u015fken ismi ya da grup ismi yazm\u0131\u015fsak de\u011fi\u015fken paneline d\u00f6n\u00fcp d\u00fczeltmemiz yeterli! Ayn\u0131 panelde <strong>Assumption Checks<\/strong> alt\u0131nda normalite de\u011ferlendirmesi i\u00e7in Shapiro-Wilk testi ve QQ grafikleri de yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hem de hat\u0131rlatma olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in burada test se\u00e7im kurallar\u0131n\u0131 tekrarlayal\u0131m:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>E\u011fer Shapiro-Wilks ile da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m normal (p&gt;0,05), varyanslar da e\u015fitse (Levene testi p&gt;0,05) Student t,<\/li><li>E\u011fer Shapiro-Wilks ile da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m normal (p&gt;0,05), varyanslar da e\u015fit de\u011filse (Levene testi p&lt;0,05) Welch,<\/li><li>E\u011fer Shapiro-Wilks ile da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m normal de\u011filse (p&lt;0,05) Mann-Whitney U testi<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u011fer dergi edit\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00f6zlerini ya\u015fartmak istiyorsan\u0131z p de\u011feri yeterli gelmeyecektir. Sizden ortalama ya da medyan fark, fark\u0131n g\u00fcven aral\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 vermeniz istenecektir. A grubu dergiler anlaml\u0131 bir fark varsa etki b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc (effect size, burada Cohen&#8217;s d) de vermenizi isterler. Bu sebeple medyan, interkuartil aral\u0131klar ve Mann-Whitney U testi sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 bildirece\u011fiz. Kuartiller sadece \u00f6nceki tan\u0131mlay\u0131c\u0131 analiz k\u0131sm\u0131ndan elde edilebiliyor. Hepsini bir araya getirdi\u011fimizde:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Erkeklerin ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n medyan ya\u015flar\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131yla 35 y\u0131l (\u0130KA:25,8-47,3) ve 35 y\u0131l (\u0130KA:26,5-48,0) olup aralar\u0131nda istatistiksel olarak anlaml\u0131 fark belirlenmemi\u015ftir (MWU p=0,829).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu panel otomatik olarak ortalama ve %95 g\u00fcven aral\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu hata grafi\u011fi de \u00e7iziyor. Bunun da \u00f6rne\u011fini hemen a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da g\u00f6rebilirsiniz. SPSS&#8217;e \u00e7ok benzer se\u00e7enekleri mevcut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.acilci.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Screen-Shot-2018-09-25-at-19.48.10.png\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.acilci.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Screen-Shot-2018-09-25-at-19.48.10-1024x637.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26635\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Testi yapmadan normallik ve varyanslar\u0131n denkli\u011fi \u00f6n \u015fartlar\u0131na bakmak gerekse de hem SPSS hem de burada test hepsini d\u00f6k\u00fcyor, biz bak\u0131p karar veriyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yukar\u0131daki \u00f6rnekte gerekli yerleri ben i\u015faretledim. Buna g\u00f6re Shapiro-Wilk&#8217;in p de\u011feri &lt;0,05 oldu\u011fundan normallik ihlal edilmi\u015f. Ancak varyanslar denk (Levene p=0,304). Bu durumda Kruskal Wallis yapmak gerekse de elimizde bilgisayar oldu\u011fundan her ikisini de yap\u0131p birbirine \u00e7ok benzer sonu\u00e7lar varsa ANOVA&#8217;y\u0131 ge\u00e7erli kabul etmek en do\u011frusu. \u0130ki de\u011fer birbirine yak\u0131nda normalli\u011fin ihlal edilmesi ANOVA testini bozmam\u0131\u015f demektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla varyanslar denk oldu\u011fundan Fisher&#8217;in ANOVA p de\u011ferini kabul ediyoruz: p=0,578 arada fark yok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hemen Kruskal-Wallis de yap\u0131p normalli\u011fin ihlali bir\u015feyleri bozmu\u015f mu g\u00f6relim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.acilci.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Screen-Shot-2018-09-25-at-19.55.56.png\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.acilci.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Screen-Shot-2018-09-25-at-19.55.56-1024x522.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26636\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kruskal-Wallis ekran\u0131 \u00e7ok basit. De\u011fi\u015fkenleri yerine koydu\u011fumuzda hesaplanan p de\u011feri 0,702.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her ikisi de anlams\u0131zl\u0131k seviyesinde ve hangisinin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonucumuz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan fark etmiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Son S\u00f6z<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kabaca g\u00fcnl\u00fck pratikte kullanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z fonksiyonlar bunlar.
