Akademik ilerleme s\u00fcrecinde dosya doldurma bask\u0131s\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde h\u0131zl\u0131ca yap\u0131labilmesi, geni\u015f \u00f6rneklemlere k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede zahmetsiz \u015fekilde ula\u015f\u0131labilmesi gibi nedenlerle ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar anket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131kl\u0131kla tercih etmektedirler. (E-posta kutunuza d\u00fc\u015fen anket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131ndan tahmin edebilirsiniz bunu). Ancak bu say\u0131sal \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fa ra\u011fmen bu anketlerin \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131 asl\u0131nda \u00f6zensiz haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f, ge\u00e7erlilik ve g\u00fcvenirlilik analizleri yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f net bir \u00f6l\u00e7ek i\u00e7ermemektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asl\u0131nda anket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 g\u00f6zlemsel ara\u015ft\u0131rma alt tiplerinden birisidir ve kesitsel-tan\u0131mlay\u0131c\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma tipi olarak kategorize edilebilir. Anket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n di\u011fer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma tiplerine g\u00f6re en \u00f6nemli g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc y\u00f6n\u00fc normalde direk \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir olmayan insan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnc\u00fcleri, tutumlar\u0131, bir durum kar\u015f\u0131ndaki inan\u0131\u015f ve davran\u0131\u015f \u015fekilleri gibi soyut ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir hale \u00e7eviren ve b\u00f6ylelikle bilimsel \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131mlar yapmam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler sa\u011flamalar\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak bu anket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n hepsi i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli de\u011fildir. Genel olarak anket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kalitatif ve kantitatif olarak ikiye ayr\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Kalitatif anket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda standart bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla istatistik yap\u0131lacak matematiksel veriler elde edilememekte sonu\u00e7 &nbsp;itibariyle evrene genellenememektedir. Bu tip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar daha \u00e7ok ticari kurulu\u015flar\u0131n \u2013 \u015firketlerin kendi m\u00fc\u015fterileri hakk\u0131nda h\u0131zl\u0131ca bilgi al\u0131p pazarlama y\u00f6ntemlerini belirleme veya belirli bir kurum \u2013 \u015firketin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik belirli bir sorun hakk\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini toplay\u0131p y\u00f6netsel iyile\u015ftirmeler yapmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Sorular a\u00e7\u0131k u\u00e7lu olabilece\u011fi gibi \u00e7oktan se\u00e7meli \u00f6l\u00e7eklerde kullan\u0131yor olabilir. Ancak \u00e7o\u011fu durumda bu \u00f6l\u00e7eklerin ge\u00e7erli bir bilimsel kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Maalesef \u00f6zensiz haz\u0131rlanan anketlerin pek \u00e7o\u011fu kalitatif olman\u0131n \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7ememektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130kinci tip anket ise kantitatif anket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Kantitatif \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda kullan\u0131lan \u00f6l\u00e7ekler sayesinde yukar\u0131da bahsi ge\u00e7en normalde \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir olmayan soyut durumlar \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir hale d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir. \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcm bizim i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc genel ge\u00e7er ilk kural\u0131m\u0131z bilim \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm demektir. \u00d6l\u00e7emedi\u011fimiz ve say\u0131sal olarak ifade edemedi\u011fimiz hi\u00e7bir parametre hakk\u0131nda bilimsel \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131m yapamamaktay\u0131z. Ama bu kadar\u0131 da yetmemektedir. \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcm dedi\u011finiz anda \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finizin ge\u00e7erli olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenilir olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorusu kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za gelmektedir. Bozuk tansiyon man\u015fonu ile 10 kez tansiyon \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn. Bu hastan\u0131n ger\u00e7ek tansiyonu 120\/80mmHg olsun. Siz bu tansiyon \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri sonucunda birbirinden farkl\u0131 10 adet sonucu elde ediyorsan\u0131z ge\u00e7ersiz ve g\u00fcvenilir olmayan bir \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finiz var demektir. Bu yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerin hepsinde 180\/110 gibi yanl\u0131\u015f ama hep ayn\u0131 sonucu alacak \u015fekilde \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm yap\u0131yorsan\u0131z bu durumda da g\u00fcvenilir olan ama ge\u00e7ersiz bir testiniz var demektir. Siz bir konu hakk\u0131nda ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapmak istiyorsan\u0131z ve size g\u00f6re mant\u0131kl\u0131 gelen 20 soruluk bir anket olu\u015fturuyorsunuz. Ancak bu 20 sorunun tam olarak neyi ne kadar \u00f6l\u00e7t\u00fc\u011f\u00fc konusunda hi\u00e7bir kan\u0131t bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Bu \u015fekilde yap\u0131lacak bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n yine kalitatif olman\u0131n \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7me \u015fans\u0131 bulunmamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu anlamda e\u011fer bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 anket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 planlarken \u00f6l\u00e7ek geli\u015ftirmek gibi bir amac\u0131 (ki bu i\u015f uzmanlar\u0131na b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken olduk\u00e7a uzun bir s\u00fcre\u00e7) yoksa kendi sorusuna y\u00f6nelik daha \u00f6nce geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f g\u00fcvenirlik ve ge\u00e7erlilik analizleri yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u00f6l\u00e7ekleri ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131p bulup kendi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda kullanmas\u0131 en mant\u0131kl\u0131 yoldur. Bunun i\u00e7in kullan\u0131labilecek kaynaklardan birisi T\u00fcrkiye \u00f6l\u00e7me ara\u00e7lar\u0131 dizinidir (<a href=\"https:\/\/toad.halileksi.net\/olcek\">https:\/\/toad.halileksi.net\/olcek<\/a>).
