Farkl\u0131 t\u00fcrler de mevcut olsa da as\u0131l \u00fcretim bu iki t\u00fcr \u00fczerinden yap\u0131l\u0131yor. \u00dcretim hacminin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 70\u2019ini arabica, y\u00fczde 25\u2019ini robusta olu\u015fturuyor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\tKahve bitkisi, so\u011fuktan etkilenen, d\u00fczenli ya\u011f\u0131\u015f isteyen narin bir bitki. \u0130lk hasat i\u00e7in 3 y\u0131l beklenmesi gerekir. Bitki dikimden 3 y\u0131l sonra meyve vermeye ba\u015flar ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 y\u0131l meyve verir. Her bir a\u011fa\u00e7tan her seferinde yakla\u015f\u0131k 5 kg kahve kiraz\u0131 toplan\u0131r, bundan da yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 kg ye\u015fil kahve \u00e7ekirde\u011fi elde edilir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\t\u00dcretim hacminin \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funu arabican\u0131n olu\u015fturmas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni robustaya g\u00f6re daha de\u011ferli bir \u00e7ekirdek olmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00dcretimi daha zordur, bitki daha narindir, yeti\u015fmesi i\u00e7in uygun iklim aral\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha dard\u0131r. Bitkinin yeti\u015fti\u011fi toprak yap\u0131s\u0131, rak\u0131m, ya\u011f\u0131\u015f miktar\u0131 tat profilini etkileyen temel parametrelerdir. Ristretto da 15-20 ml kahve elde edilir.
