Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olmak ve bu durumu korumak ya\u015fam kalitemiz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Bunu ilerleyen ya\u015flarda fark etmemek i\u00e7in erken safhada tedbir almak faydal\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fccudumuz \u00e7ok karma\u015f\u0131k ve m\u00fckemmel olarak yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. En k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck detaylar bile d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclerek dizayn edilmi\u015ftir. Ancak bug\u00fcn\u00fcn hareket kavram\u0131 yemek bulmak i\u00e7in de\u011fil, aksine al\u0131nan fazla kalori ve kilolar\u0131n t\u00fcketilmesi amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda \u00fclkemiz ve t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada obezite en \u00f6nemli sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda gelmektedir. Obezite t\u00fcm v\u00fccudumuzda kusursuz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan t\u00fcm sistemlerde kal\u0131c\u0131 ve onar\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7ok zor hasarlar ve hastal\u0131klara yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. Oysaki bu hareket v\u00fccudumuz i\u00e7in yeterli de\u011fildir. V\u00fccudumuz i\u00e7in hareket en az ortalama 30 dakika efor gerektiren bir aktivite olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu t\u00fcr aktiviteler genel olarak sportif faaliyetler olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Hepimiz ya\u015f\u0131m\u0131za, sa\u011fl\u0131k durumumuza, maddi imkanlar\u0131m\u0131za, fiziki imkanlar\u0131m\u0131za ve kendimize uygun bulaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir sportif faaliyet yapabiliriz. Ve bu sayede sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve fit bir v\u00fccuda sahip olarak hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kaliteli olarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebiliriz. \u0130\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz yaz aylar\u0131nda \u0131s\u0131nan hava, g\u00fcne\u015f ve uzayan g\u00fcnler ki\u015filerin spora ilgisini de art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Sporun pozitif ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 etkileri olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n dikkatsiz ve bilgisizce yap\u0131lan aktiviteler v\u00fccudumuz \u00fczerinde sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131na ve yaralanmalara da neden olabilmektedirler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>\u201cSa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z spor b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunumuz haline de gelebilir\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu ama\u00e7la yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z tak\u0131m sporlar\u0131 oldu\u011fu gibi, nispeten daha kolay olan bireysel sporlar da vard\u0131r. Y\u00fczme, bisiklet, ko\u015fu, y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f, paten, kaykay, tenis, kano, kayak, snowboard gibi bir\u00e7ok spor dal\u0131 mevcuttur ve uzman e\u011fiticiler vas\u0131tas\u0131yla sizin i\u00e7in uygun birini se\u00e7ip yapabilirsiniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hangi sporu se\u00e7erseniz se\u00e7in mevsimsel baz\u0131 zorluklar\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in dikkat edilmesi gereken hususlar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Ben sizlere i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz yaz d\u00f6nemi i\u00e7in spor yaparken nelere dikkat etmemiz gerekti\u011fi hakk\u0131nda bilgiler ve \u00f6nerilerde bulunaca\u011f\u0131m. Kendi kendinize spor se\u00e7ip ba\u015flaman\u0131z sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131za fayda yerine zarar verir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spor yapmak i\u00e7in uygun zaman ve uygun saatler se\u00e7ilmelidir. A\u00e7\u0131k havada spor yap\u0131lacaksa g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n dik geldi\u011fi ve s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu g\u00fcn ve saatlerde spor yap\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Kapal\u0131 mekanlar tercih edilmelidir. \u00d6\u011fle saatleri yerine sabah\u0131n erken saatleri veya ak\u015fam saatleri daha do\u011fru se\u00e7im olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spor i\u00e7in uygun ekipmanlar ve giysiler kullanmal\u0131y\u0131z. Yaz aylar\u0131nda g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131tacak a\u00e7\u0131k renkli, pamuklu ve ter emici \u00f6zellikte giysiler tercih edilmelidir. Yine g\u00fcne\u015f \u00e7arpmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in \u015fapka ve g\u00f6zlerimizi korumak i\u00e7in U.V. filtreli uygun g\u00fcne\u015f g\u00f6zl\u00fckleri kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ayakkab\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n da a\u00e7\u0131k renkli ve aya\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u0131kmayacak, yormayacak ve rahat \u00f6zellikte olmas\u0131 uygun olur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131k havada spor yap\u0131yorsan\u0131z g\u00fcne\u015f kremi kullanmay\u0131 unutmay\u0131n. Bu y\u00fczden yaz sporlar\u0131n\u0131 yaparken s\u0131v\u0131 al\u0131m\u0131na dikkat etmeliyiz. Normalde i\u00e7ti\u011fimizden kilogram ba\u015f\u0131na 6 mililitre daha fazla su i\u00e7meliyiz. Sa\u011fl\u0131k durumumuz uygun ise sporcu i\u00e7ecekleri, s\u0131v\u0131 elektrolit i\u00e7eren i\u00e7ecekler t\u00fcketmeli ve hidrasyonumuzu art\u0131rarak korumal\u0131y\u0131z. Yine s\u0131v\u0131 i\u00e7eri\u011fi fazla olan yiyecekler kavun, karpuz, salatal\u0131k vb. meyve sebzeler de hidrasyon deste\u011fi verirler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>\u201c\u0130drar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n rengi g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u0131v\u0131 miktar\u0131n\u0131z konusunda size bilgi verebilir\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>V\u00fccudumuzun hidrasyonunun yeterli olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z idrar say\u0131s\u0131na ve idrar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n rengine g\u00f6re anlayabiliriz. \u0130drar say\u0131m\u0131z her zamanki gibi ise ve idrar rengimiz a\u00e7\u0131k sar\u0131 ve kokusuz ise v\u00fccudumuzda yeterli s\u0131v\u0131 var demektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fazla s\u0131v\u0131 kayb\u0131 olursa kas kramplar\u0131 ve v\u00fccut \u0131s\u0131m\u0131zda art\u0131\u015f olu\u015fur.
