Malumunuz, hepimiz yi\u011fidin harman oldu\u011fu yer olan Acil Servis\u2019lerde yo\u011fun i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fcne ve strese maruz kal\u0131yoruz. Bu y\u00fck\u00fcn benli\u011fimizde yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yang\u0131y\u0131 bir \u015fekilde dindirmek hem ruh hem de beden sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in elzem. Bu ama\u00e7la kimimiz do\u011faya y\u00f6neliyor, kimimiz sanata, kimimiz de spora ve ya farkl\u0131 hobilere. Ben de bu yaz\u0131mda sizlere kimimizin a\u015fina oldu\u011fu, kimimizin ise yapmak isteyip cesaret edemedi\u011fi bir alternatif olan atl\u0131spordan ve bu sporun Acil T\u0131p anlam\u0131nda size katabileceklerinden bahsedece\u011fim. At s\u0131rt\u0131nda iken, at\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 t\u0131mar ederken ya da onunla oyun oynarken ge\u00e7irdi\u011finiz dakikalarda g\u00fcndelik hayat\u0131n stresinden s\u0131yr\u0131l\u0131p i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011funuz ana odaklanabiliyorsunuz. Bir nevi meditasyon gibi de diyebiliriz. Kendimden \u00f6rnek verecek olursam, stres dolu ge\u00e7en bir haftan\u0131n sonunda atlarla ge\u00e7irdi\u011fim birka\u00e7 saat benim t\u00fcm stresimi al\u0131p g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Bu e\u011fitimlerde sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bedensel ileti\u015fim, \u00f6zg\u00fcven, empati kurma, y\u00f6nlendirme, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 g\u00fcven ve liderlik konular\u0131 i\u015flenmektedir. Acil servislerde bizlerin de \u00e7ok\u00e7a ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu bu becerileri geli\u015ftirebilmek i\u00e7in illa bunlar\u0131n kursunu alman\u0131za gerek yok asl\u0131nda. Onlarla zaman ge\u00e7irdik\u00e7e atlar size bunu \u00f6\u011fretiyor zaten. Kelimelere ihtiya\u00e7 duymadan ileti\u015fim kurmay\u0131 \u00f6\u011freniyorsunuz.
