Zaman zaman medyada \u00fcnl\u00fclerin yoga uygulamalar\u0131yla sa\u011fl\u0131k ve huzur bulmas\u0131 ile g\u00fcndeme gelirken; zaman zaman da sansasyonel g\u00fcndemlerde yerini bulur. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde yoga hakk\u0131nda daha \u00e7ok konu\u015fulmakta, yoga e\u011fitimleri yayg\u0131nla\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"rounded-3 py-2 px-3 has-background has-medium-font-size\" style=\"background-color:#f8bbd0\"><strong><em>\u201cSutra aforizmalar\u0131 ile anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r bir dile \u00e7evrilmi\u015ftir\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tatd.org.tr\/aciltipbulteni\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/02\/afb069f1ea948fca4956eabe5156876b.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2682\" width=\"350\" height=\"243\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Sanskrit dilinde yoga kelimesi pek \u00e7ok anlama sahiptir; \u201ckontrol etmek\u201d, \u201cbirle\u015ftirmek\u201d \u201ckavu\u015fma\u201d veya \u201cbirlik\u201d olarak da \u00e7evrilebilen Sanskrit \u201cyuj\u201d kelimesinden t\u00fcremi\u015ftir. Yakla\u015f\u0131k bin yedi y\u00fcz y\u0131l \u00f6nce ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131lan ve yogan\u0131n klasik d\u00f6nemini temsil eden Patanjali\u2019de yoga anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 yaz\u0131ya d\u00f6k\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f, d\u00f6rt b\u00f6l\u00fcm ve y\u00fcz doksan alt\u0131 \u201csutra\u201d ad\u0131 verilen aforizmalar ile yoga odakl\u0131 bilgiler anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r bir \u015fekilde yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Patanjali Yoga\u2019y\u0131 bir g\u00f6r\u00fc,\u00a0 zihin felsefesi olarak ele al\u0131r. Ger\u00e7ek, canl\u0131 yada cans\u0131z her \u015feyin \u00f6z\u00fcndedir, zihin ise yan\u0131lmaya ve yan\u0131ltmaya \u00e7ok m\u00fcsaittir. Ger\u00e7e\u011fe ula\u015fmak, i\u00e7imizde olana, \u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcze bakabilmemiz\u00a0 i\u00e7in zihin dalgalanmalar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00f6nlendirilmesi \u00f6nemlidir. Ashtanga Yoga olarak bilinen yoga vinyasa stilini geli\u015ftiren, Sanskrit bilgini Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (Guruji)\u2019ye g\u00f6re yoga kim ne istiyorsa odur. \u00c7o\u011fu kez streching ile kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan yogan\u0131n belki de en \u00e7ok i\u00e7ine al\u0131nmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 alan spordur. Spor geli\u015fimine, amac\u0131na, y\u00f6ntemine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda spor ile yoga aras\u0131nda \u00e7ok olumlu al\u0131\u015fveri\u015flerin oldu\u011fu ve olabilece\u011fi do\u011frudur. Kaslar\u0131n, kemiklerin ve eklemlerin dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k ve esneklik kazanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in salt belirli asanalar\u0131 (yoga duru\u015fu) \u00f6nerenler de vard\u0131r. Ancak bunlar yogay\u0131 spor olarak tan\u0131mlamaya yetmez. Yoga bir terapi y\u00f6ntemidir ama sadece terapi de de\u011fildir. Yogaya yeni ba\u015flayanlar\u0131n ve hali haz\u0131rda yoga prati\u011fi olanlar\u0131n bu soruya cevaplar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fkenlik g\u00f6sterse de zaman zaman geriye d\u00f6n\u00fcp neden ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131m ve neden s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyorum sorusu da yogay\u0131 ezber kal\u0131plar\u0131n \u00f6tesine ta\u015f\u0131yacakt\u0131r. Fark\u0131ndal\u0131k ile yap\u0131lan yoga pratikleri beden, duygu, zihin ve ruh i\u00e7in mutlaka bir \u015feyler i\u00e7erir.&nbsp; Yoga zihni sadele\u015ftirir, zihinsel esneklik ve yenilenme beraberinde huzur hissini de getirir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"rounded-3 py-2 px-3 has-background has-medium-font-size\" style=\"background-color:#f8bbd0\"><em><strong>\u201cYoga bir nevi hareketin \u015fiiridir.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131z, kilonuz, esnekli\u011finiz ne olursa olsun her birey i\u00e7in uyarlanabilir. Yoga uygulamalar\u0131 bizi bedenimizin i\u00e7indeki hassasl\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 daha duyarl\u0131 hale getirir, s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 anlamam\u0131z\u0131 ve onlara sayg\u0131l\u0131 olmam\u0131z gerekti\u011fini bizlere hat\u0131rlat\u0131r.
